React.js Developer

Our client is seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join their growing development team in Centurion. This opportunity is ideal for a front-end professional who enjoys building modern, responsive applications and contributing to high-quality user experiences within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive user interface components using React.js
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine UI concepts and application functionality
• Review application requirements and interface designs
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript code aligned with React.js best practices
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug front-end applications
• Contribute to front-end architecture and component design
• Monitor and enhance application performance
• Maintain technical documentation and record application updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a React.js Developer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, and modern front-end technologies
• At least 3 years of experience working with React.js tools, including Redux
• Experience using GitHub and browser-based debugging tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with MongoDB and Express.js
• Exposure to Node.js development
• Experience working on video-based or real-time applications
