Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions, workshops and assessments
• Complete all coursework, assignments and assessments in line with programme requirements
• Gain hands-on workplace experience in assigned department(s)
• Support team members with administrative and operational tasks
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply new skills in the workplace
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and code of conduct
• Maintain accurate records of learning progress and workplace activities
• Meet performance standards and deadlines set by both training provider and employer
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, mentors, and peers
• Participate in feedback sessions and performance reviews

Qualifications

• Unemployed
• Between the ages 18 to 35
• Certification, Diploma and or degree
• Must meet the eligibility criteria for the specific learnership programme
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office or relevant systems)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• S trong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
