Investment Associate/Principle

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Investment Associate/Principle to join a leading private equity investment team. You'll play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and evaluation to execution and portfolio management, while working closely with senior investment professionals and clients.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years' experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Leveraged Finance.

Experience leading transactions and mentoring junior analysts.

Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.

Honours degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

MBA, CA(SA), or CFA is advantageous.

Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities.

Lead financial modelling, due diligence, and investment structuring.

Support portfolio companies to drive value creation.

Build relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing investment team.
