Social Media Manager/ Content Creator

A vibrant hospitality and lifestyle company is looking for an experienced Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator with a passion for creating engaging digital content, managing online communities, and driving brand growth across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing creative marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives for hospitality and accommodation brands.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish high-quality social media content across multiple brands, including reels, static posts, and carousel campaigns.
• Capture and produce content for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, including weekends and public holidays where required.
• Manage online communities, coordinate influencer and user-generated content collaborations, and oversee content creators.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business objectives, menus, promotions, and brand standards.
• Support paid social campaigns by boosting content and assisting with promotional initiatives to maximize engagement and reach.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and assist with broader brand management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and community management.
• Experience creating engaging visual and video content for digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and creative skills.
