My client is looking for a Product & Growth Specialist who thrives in early-stage environments, someone who enjoys owning real outcomes, not just writing specs. POSITION INFO

Job Description: Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning features with user needs and business goals Translate product requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering and design Manage full delivery lifecycle including sprint planning, tracking, and cross-team coordination Conduct customer discovery, user research, and validate assumptions through data Define success metrics and build a culture of measurement from day one Identify and remove friction in the user journey during product build and iteration Develop and execute go-to-market strategies post-launch Own the growth funnel (acquisition → retention → revenue) and continuously optimize performance Run structured growth experiments and iterate based on insights Contribute to marketing messaging, campaigns, and product positioning Engage with clients through demos, onboarding, and selected commercial conversations Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-6 years' experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles Proven ability to own a product roadmap and deliver features end-to-end Strong analytical thinking, with ability to use data to guide decisions Clear communicator - able to write specs, present ideas, and engage stakeholders commercially Understanding of product-led growth and growth funnels Comfortable in startup or high-change environments Qualification: Relevant qualifications in Business, Product, Technology, or equivalent practical experience IT jobs, jobs in IT, information technology jobs, developer jobs, developer vacancies, IT recruitment Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile or to view all our Jobs in Information Technology.
