Strategic Projects Manager – Group CEO Office

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Projects Manager to join our Group CEO Office. This pivotal role is responsible for driving and delivering strategically important projects across the Group, including monitoring progress on the Group’s 5-year strategic plan and other tactical initiatives. You will provide critical support, research, analysis, and insights to inform decision-making at the highest level.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and monitor execution of Group and divisional strategies.
  • Provide regular progress reports and advise on potential delays or risks.
  • Support M&A initiatives and post-acquisition integration projects.
  • Identify and manage ad-hoc tactical projects, including business case development.
  • Conduct research and share insights on emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare Board reports and other documentation for the Group CEOs.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure quality communication across teams.
  • Represent the Group CEO Office at events, forums, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or a Commercial degree.
  • Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience in operational, functional, or consulting roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
