iqx the Technology Division of iqbusiness is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Systems Analyst to join our technology team within a leading banking environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business and technology by analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into detailed functional and system specifications that enable the delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.
The Senior Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, testers, and project teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance standards, regulatory requirements, and the bank's strategic objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and extensive experience delivering technology solutions within large-scale financial services environments.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a Systems Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
- At least 5 years' experience within banking or financial services.
- Proven experience delivering technology solutions within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working across multiple business domains and enterprise applications.
- Exposure to integration platforms, APIs, enterprise data models, and system interfaces. Technical Competencies
