Due to continued business growth Drain Doctor are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Type

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities.
  • Monday to Friday (plus ability to work weekends on a rota and support out-of-hours calls if required).

The Role

  • Answering the telephone following an established script.
  • Converting customer enquiries into booked appointments.
  • Dispatching engineers to appointments.
  • Keeping customers informed of schedule changes.
  • Conducting follow-up service calls.
  • General office duties including filing, ordering stock, purchase invoice matching and other general administrative duties.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar office-based Customer Service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Good administration skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Good all-round IT skills.
