Brand & Product Specialist

Breazies Clothing Pty Ltd

Breazies started in 2017 on the KZN North Coast with a simple mission: To brighten up your summer with iconic, limited edition swim shorts.

Nearly a decade on, we have grown from a start up swimwear label into an leading coastal lifestyle brand — swimwear, linen, golf clothing and every day basics — with a fast growing customer base across South Africa.

We reach our customers through our e-commerce platform, our 5 flag ship stores and network of stockists in South Africa and abroad.

We are moving fast. We make things designed to last. We are building a brand that South Africans recognise and desire — the quality of the fabric, the clarity of the design, the style of everything we put out. We are looking for people who care about the same things.

This Role

A brand-first hybrid role for a digital native with strong fashion sense and an eye for what makes a brand unmistakable. You own the Breazies brand across digital and physical touchpoints — shoots, creators, product copy and artwork — while providing structured product support on range development from start to finish.

The split is approximately 70% brand & creative and 30% product support. The brand side is the primary accountability.

Brand & Creative · 70%

  • Source, cast and brief models and talent for all campaign and product shoots
  • Own shoot production end-to-end — location, call sheet, styling, crew, on-day management
  • Identify, evaluate and approach influencer and content creator partnerships; manage all active relationships from brief to performance report
  • Write and maintain all Shopify product descriptions — in brand voice, accurate, conversion-optimised — and ensure all product imagery is uploaded correctly across every listing.
  • Maintain brand artwork files — swing tags, care labels, packaging templates, signage and digital templates — keeping the Asset Library current and correctly versioned
  • Produce simple brand assets independently - Stories frames, sale banners, influencer brief templates
  • Monitor social mentions daily; curate UGC and seek usage permissions
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content on shoots and event for Stories and social
  • Brief external creative suppliers; manage asset delivery timelines

Product Support · 30%

  • Fashion Trend Analysis
  • Seasonal Range Planning
  • Sample co-ordination
  • Tech pack and spec support
  • 2–4 years in brand, creative or product — fashion or lifestyle preferred
  • Digital native: you live on the platforms you're managing; you know what works and why
  • Fashion sense: a specific, developed aesthetic point of view — not a general interest in clothes
  • Basic brand & design skills: Adobe Suite, able to produce on-brand assets independently
  • Experience running or assisting photoshoots end-to-end — call sheet to final delivery
  • Track record managing influencer and creator relationships — briefing, gifting, performance tracking
  • Shopify or similar CMS experience — comfortable maintaining & optimising product listings and artwork.
  • Organised and self-directed; comfortable holding multiple workstreams without close supervision
