Assistant Logistics Manager

Giftwrap is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Manager based in Pretoria to support and optimise our daily operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating movement, stock and delivery processes, this role is for you.

Pretoria-based

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily logistics operations and deliveries

• Managing stock movement and warehouse activities

• Liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal teams

• Monitoring orders and ensuring on-time delivery

• Maintaining accurate logistics records and documentation

• Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency

What we’re looking for

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• Excellent communication and coordination ability

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

What will give you an advantage

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

1–2 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations

Knowledge of inventory and distribution processes

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
