We are looking for a young, well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide basic administrative & marketing support, Midrand
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage reception area and maintain a tidy, presentable workspace
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data capturing, scheduling, etc.)
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with office coordination and support to other departments
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
