- Giving advice on sample choices
OTHER DUTIES
- Helping with some of the basic operational running of the business #productpacking #printingorders #stocktake #telephoneduties #emails #waybillcreation
- Participating and contributing with marketing and other business meetings
- Undergoing product training as necessary
- Load new products, brands, promos, etc
- Process customer orders including updating the back end orders
- Place orders for new products and to update stock
- Stock management & ensure the back end matches the inventory on shelf
- Receive ordered products and check these deliveries match the order sheet
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 3-year Diploma in Somatology
- Advanced Diploma in Dermal aesthetics (favourable)
- 5 years+ aesthetic skincare industry experience
- Strong background in medical aesthetics
- In-depth knowledge of advanced professional skincare brands
- Proven ability to provide expert product recommendations to clients in an online setting
