General Workers Required- Germiston

A leading plastic products manufacturing company based in Germiston is looking for hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious General Workers to join our production team and support our daily manufacturing operations.

• Assist in the production and handling of plastic products.
• Load and offload raw materials and finished products.
• Pack, label, sort, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Support machine operators during production runs.
• Conduct quality checks on plastic products and report defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production and warehouse areas.
• Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Assist with stock movement and inventory control when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

• Grade 10 or Matric (Grade 12) advantageous.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, plastics, warehouse, or production environment.
• Experience working with plastic products or plastic manufacturing processes will be advantageous.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Clear criminal record.

Market related minimum wage.
