What You'll Bring

6 to 8+ years' Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.

Strong experience in:

• Investment reporting and client communications.
• Requirements elicitation and specification writing.
• User Testing (UT), Regression Testing, and defect management.

Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.

Solid understanding of:

• Data mapping and transformation.
• Systems analysis and design.
• SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience with:

• JIRA
• Confluence
• Visio

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead engaging workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business needs.
• Transform ideas into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Design data-driven solutions with accurate financial and investment data mapping.
• Challenge the status quo and refine requirements to improve business efficiency and client experience.
• Drive testing activities, including User Testing and Regression Testing, while managing defects to successful resolution.
