We are looking to connect with professionals who have experience designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions within dynamic and enterprise environments.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be involved in developing scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with business systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer and business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certifications will be advantageous
Experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Exposure to system integrations and API development.
- Experience working within Agile environments
Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
