Remuneration: R25 000 CTC + Company Car + Incentives

Purpose Of The Job

Our client is seeking a motivated and driven Junior New Car Sales Manager to support the daily operations of a busy new vehicle sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to take the next step into management or for an existing junior sales manager looking to further develop their leadership career.

The successful candidate will assist in leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably.

POSITION INFO

Responsibilities: Assist in managing the daily operations of the new vehicle sales department Support and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets Monitor sales performance and provide coaching where required Assist with vehicle sales negotiations and deal structuring Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process Help manage vehicle stock levels and floor planning Maintain strong relationships with customers and finance & insurance departments Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and timeously Monitor departmental performance and contribute to achieving profitability targets Assist with staff training and development Ensure dealership policies and manufacturer standards are followed Prepare and submit reports as required by management Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental objectives Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a passenger vehicle dealership environment is essential Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Executive with strong sales performance, or previous experience as a Junior Sales Manager Leadership ability with a passion for developing and motivating people Excellent negotiation and closing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate Valid driver's licence Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and coaching abilities Excellent customer service skills Target-driven and results-oriented Good planning and organisational skills Sound business and commercial awareness Ability to perform well under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Professional presentation and conduct Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
