Role Summary

To ensure that the incumbent gives Scania MRZ Delivery Centre the best possible service and support to ensure that the end user of Scania products is delivered correctly and on time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for correcting staffing numbers and activities
  • Responsible for all production related Admin
  • Responsible for ensuring that the output and tact time is adhered to
  • Responsible for ensuring that quality is adhered to
  • Responsible for the implementation of SPS improvements
  • Responsible for Quality during production process
  • Ensuring all operators work according to Scania Priorities
  • SHE
  • Quality
  • Delivery
  • Cost
  • Train, Coach, delegate and follow up task
  • Develop employees
  • Ensuring all tooling is up to date and also maintained
  • To be able to work by own capacity.
  • To be able to make sure the team is working together.

  • Follow up activities, countermeasures and result in your process
  • Train and support TL and Team member in standard, processes, SPS and 5S
  • Secure standardised work within the process (Updated position standard and relevant element sheets)
  • Plan and perform PD talks for your team
  • Document deviation and result in decided system WoW
  • Escalate according to escalation process

Health and safety

  • Responsible for following of all safety regulations in department
  • Responsible for ensuring the working area is always neat and clean
  • Keep and develop housekeeping and 5S in your area

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric / N3 +
  • Microsoft Office training
  • Code 14 Licence will be advantages

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years working experience in assembly environment and or automotive environment
  • Good English skills, speaking and writing
  • Proven record of standardised work and continues improvements
  • General Administration experience
  • Assembly Supervisor experience
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
