POSITION INFO

An exciting opportunity exists for an Operations Accountant for a candidate who combines strong financial expertise with operational involvement . Key Responsibilities: Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts Financial reporting, including variance analysis (budget vs actuals) Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Partnering with operational teams to monitor and manage costs and efficiencies Identifying and driving process improvements within the business Contributing to cost control and profitability analysis Ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance requirements Supporting audits and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting in tracking and reporting on business performance metrics and KPIs Education: BCom Degree (Diploma candidates with strong, relevant experience will be considered) Skills and Experience: Proven experience in operational finance and financial reporting Strong, hands-on and business-oriented mindset Ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams Bilingual communication skills (advantageous) If you are ready to take on a role where finance and operations intersect to drive business success, this is a strong next step in your career.
