POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-end 3D renders for interior and architectural projects.
- Create realistic environments including lighting, textures, furniture, finishes, and décor.
- Interpret design briefs, CAD drawings, floorplans, and concept sketches.
- Develop visual presentations for client proposals and approvals.
- Assist designers with space planning visuals and mood boards.
- Create walkthrough animations where required.
- Revise renders based on client or design team feedback.
- Maintain rendering quality, consistency, and deadlines across multiple projects.
- Source and build 3D assets, furniture models, and materials libraries.
- Stay updated with latest visualization trends, tools, and techniques.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, Architectural Visualizer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of interior / architectural renders.
- Proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer / V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and realism.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
