A leading organisation is seeking a Test Automation Manager to drive quality assurance strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable products. This role plays a critical part in enabling business growth by maintaining product quality, managing risk, and leading automation initiatives across the full product lifecycle. You will lead a team of QA specialists while working closely with developers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and reliable software solutions. Why apply: Leadership opportunity within a strategic QA function Work on enterprise-level systems and scalable platforms Exposure to modern automation tools and frameworks Collaborative, agile-driven environment Opportunity to influence product quality and business outcomes Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of QA and automation specialists Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies Oversee product testing to ensure high-quality, error-free releases Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and testing strategies Design and maintain automated test cases and frameworks Identify risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks across systems Ensure alignment with QA standards, methodologies, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BSc in Information Science or related qualification ISTQB certification Experience: Minimum 4+ years of QA experience Minimum 4+ years in a management or leadership role 4-6 years of test automation experience Experience in HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Finance systems is advantageous Technical Skills: Strong programming knowledge (OOP) Experience with Python, C#, or Node.js Expertise in automation frameworks such as Playwright and Robot Framework API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI) Performance testing using JMeter Version control using GitHub Experience with CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and XRAY Knowledge of relational databases, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments Additional Requirements: Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to break down complex problems and manage deliverables effectively Ability to work both independently and within a team Apply now!
