We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Office Administrator / Sales Administrator with strong office coordination skills to join our dynamic team. This is a multifaceted role that blends administration, sales support, and reception duties — ideal for someone who takes ownership, stays organised, and maintains a high standard of professionalism in the workplace.
Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Administration:
- Ensure the office remains clean, tidy, well-organised, and presentable at all times
- Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, and general upkeep
- Scan and file incoming invoices (no processing required) and other documentation
- Maintain internal documents and filing systems
Reception Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Welcome clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
- Handle couriers and deliveries
Sales Support:
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Assist with follow-ups and communication with new and existing clients
- Conduct basic lead generation (e.g. researching potential clients, updating CRM,
- reaching out via email/phone)
- Help drive sales growth by supporting the team with customer outreach and administrative tasks
Requirements, Qualifications, Experience:
- Matric certification
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
- South African citizenship with a valid Identification Document
- Possession of a valid Driver’s license and access to own vehicle is a must
- Previous experience in office administration, reception, or sales support
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Able to take initiative and work independently
