We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Office Administrator / Sales Administrator with strong office coordination skills to join our dynamic team. This is a multifaceted role that blends administration, sales support, and reception duties — ideal for someone who takes ownership, stays organised, and maintains a high standard of professionalism in the workplace.

Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Administration:

  • Ensure the office remains clean, tidy, well-organised, and presentable at all times
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, and general upkeep
  • Scan and file incoming invoices (no processing required) and other documentation
  • Maintain internal documents and filing systems

Reception Duties:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
  • Handle couriers and deliveries


Sales Support:

  • Prepare quotes and process orders
  • Assist with follow-ups and communication with new and existing clients
  • Conduct basic lead generation (e.g. researching potential clients, updating CRM,
  • reaching out via email/phone)
  • Help drive sales growth by supporting the team with customer outreach and administrative tasks

Requirements, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Matric certification
  • Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
  • South African citizenship with a valid Identification Document
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s license and access to own vehicle is a must
  • Previous experience in office administration, reception, or sales support
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Able to take initiative and work independently
