Requirements:

  • Matric with minimum of 4 years working experience
  • Ability to work with VIP guests
  • Passion for Hospitality, Events and or weddings
  • Ability to take an instruction and follow through on tasks
  • Solid understanding of WOW experience
  • Willingness to learn, grow and develop
  • Strong work ethic with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal


Duties:

  • Assist with managing of projects A-Z
  • liaising with service providers and suppliers when needed
  • Being on site to assist with readiness of venues / meeting rooms and function
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills to assist with beind the scenes logistics
  • Manage ad hoc tasks to ensure a seamless venue experience
  • Google Docs and strong administration skills required
