Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor work order progress
- Liaise with contractors and service providers
- Create purchase orders and support procurement activities
- Maintain facility records, databases, and filing systems
- Perform inventory stock takes and monitor stock levels
- Support fleet, asset, and health & safety administration
- Provide administrative support to the Resource & Facilities team
- Ensure the ticketing system is updated and tasks are completed on time

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification in Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related field will be advantageous
- 2–3 years' experience in procurement, facilities administration, or a similar administrative role
- Experience with purchase orders, inventory control, and supplier coordination will be advantageous
