Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor work order progress
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers
  • Create purchase orders and support procurement activities
  • Maintain facility records, databases, and filing systems
  • Perform inventory stock takes and monitor stock levels
  • Support fleet, asset, and health & safety administration
  • Provide administrative support to the Resource & Facilities team
  • Ensure the ticketing system is updated and tasks are completed on time

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant qualification in Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related field will be advantageous
  • 2–3 years' experience in procurement, facilities administration, or a similar administrative role
  • Experience with purchase orders, inventory control, and supplier coordination will be advantageous
