VACANCY EXIST IN THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT FOR A PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER IN PLANT 5
Primary purpose of the job
To supervise team and ensure optimal production output as per company requirements.
Supervise team members to ensure optimal production output
Effective shop floor planning
Report all down-time immediately
Monitor scrap and rework
Complete all production, qulity and scrap related documentation accurately and timeously.
Ensure that work practices comply with company SHEQ procedure and Works Instructions
Report any unsafe act or condition to any safety representative or supervisor
Conduct disciplinary enquiries and handle grievances

Minimum Requirements
NQF Level 4 Diploma/ Certificates relevant to Production Management
