Are you a sharp mind with a way with creativity and the confidence to stand by your ideas? We're looking for an Independent Thinker to join our Global Marketing Team as a Social Media Manager, reporting directly to the Global Content Marketing Lead. In this role you attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users across all social media channels, achieving superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically leveraging all aspects of the social media marketing channel.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with the RIB brand, purpose, and business objectives.

  • Create and manage engaging content across social platforms, including copy, visuals, videos, campaigns, and community engagement.

  • Partner with regional marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and creative teams to deliver targeted, high impact campaigns.

  • Manage daily social media activity, respond to audience queries, and foster meaningful engagement.

  • Monitor performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout, Oktopost, etc.) and provide monthly KPI driven reports and insights.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and share recommendations, benchmarks, and market insights.

  • Stay current with social media trends, best practices, emerging platforms, and technologies.

  • Build and manage an employee advocacy program while enabling colleagues to leverage social media and social selling effectively.

  • Drive measurable business outcomes from social media, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and brand awareness.

  • Establish and govern global social media guidelines, content standards, and brand voice across all markets.

  • Review and approve key campaigns and strategic social content to ensure brand consistency and quality.

  • Leverage AI and automation tools to scale content creation, optimize performance, improve efficiency, and train internal teams on AI enabled social media practices.

Essential requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior social media role.

  • Proven B2B or SaaS social media management experience.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to understand customer needs and business objectives.

  • Strong problem solving, prioritisation, and project management skills.

  • Experience analysing data, reporting on performance, and turning insights into action.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present business and creative concepts.

  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns and Account Based Marketing initiatives.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content distribution strategies.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Sprout, Oktopost, or similar platforms.

  • English proficiency at C1 level.

Advantageous

  • Experience or background in the construction industry

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce

  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, Danish, Spanish)
