DBN000314 - Dispatch Manager - Shakas Head

Purpose of the Job:Â

To keep the warehouse and logistics operations running efficiently by ensuring stock is managed and products are delivered to customers on time.

Required Qualifications

• Matric, tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• Valid forklift license (essential)
• 3+ years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / reporting)

POSITION INFO

Technical Competencies & Experience: Manage customer bookings and delivery coordination Share shipping documents with customers Arrange transport quotes for inbound and outbound loads Update teams on delivery delays Oversee warehouse stock, counts, and pallet levels Manage waste removal processes Compile monthly SIFOT reports Support staff scheduling, shifts, and overtime management Behavioral Competencies: Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Please Note - Should you not hear back from us within the next 2 weeks, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
