About The Client

Our client is a specialist remedial building contractor delivering waterproofing, concrete repair, leak remediation, and asset protection services across Australia. Their work includes services like remedial waterproofing, crack injection, protective coatings, joint sealing, and ground improvement, all aimed at extending the lifespan and performance of built assets.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Petrie. This role is initially a 46-week assignment with a high potential for extension. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Your Duties Will Include

• Managing the enquiries email inbox
• Providing administrative support to admin manager
• Completing general paperwork, filing and data entry
• Assisting the project team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal team members
• Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day operations
• Supporting other departments and completing ad hoc administrative tasks as require

What You Will Need

• Drivers Licence + reliable transport
• Is highly organised and proactive
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Has strong communication and administration skills
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
• Experience with Simpro is preferred, but not essential
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
