Social Media Manager (Full-Time, In-House)

Join Our Creative Team

We're looking for a creative, organised, and driven Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team.

If you love creating engaging content, staying ahead of social media trends, and having advanced Canva skills, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing content across multiple brands while helping grow our online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, reels, stories, and social media content using Canva.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging captions that align with each brand's voice.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor comments and messages, engaging with online communities where required.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Track performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the marketing, photography, and design teams to deliver campaigns.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency across platforms.
• Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks when required.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
• Advanced Canva skills (this is essential).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
• Experience with content scheduling tools.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

• Photography or videography
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Analytics
• Basic video editing
• Paid social media advertising
