Marketing Manager

A well-established diversified services company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in strategic marketing, brand management, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple business divisions, driving brand growth, analysing campaign performance, and managing stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives across multiple divisions.
• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimise marketing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies and creative partners to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
• Produce engaging content for digital platforms, including the company website and social media channels.
• Manage community engagement across social media platforms and online review channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all marketing communications and collateral align with brand identity and corporate standards.

Requirements

• BCom Degree in Marketing or a related qualification (minimum 3-year tertiary qualification).
• Honours in Brand Management will be advantageous.
• 5–7 years' marketing experience, with exposure to strategic marketing and campaign management.
• Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and community management.
• Customer service experience with the ability to engage professionally at executive level.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Own reliable transport is essential.
