JOB SPECIFICATION

The Organisational Performance Manager will be responsible for improving business performance, operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness across the company.

The role will also oversee core Human Resources functions to ensure effective people management, employee development and compliance with employment legislation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and management team to drive continuous improvement, accountability and business growth through data-driven decision making.

1. Business Performance & Continues Improvement

• Develop and implement company-wide KPI and KPA frameworks.

• Design departmental and employee scorecards.

• Analyse business performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Review workflows and recommend process improvements.

• Measure productivity, efficiency and operational performance.

• Develop performance dashboards and executive reports.

• Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges.

• Standardise business processes across departments.

• Monitor departmental performance against strategic objectives.

• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Work with management to improve operational efficiency.

• Develop performance metrics for all business units.

2. Human Recourses

• Support recruitment and onboarding.

• Maintain HR records and employee documentation.

• Coordinate performance reviews.

• Assist with disciplinary and employee relations processes.

• Coordinate Employment Equity and Skills Development.

• Ensure compliance with labour legislation.

• Support employee development initiatives.

• Assist with HR reporting and administration.

3. HR Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly reports.

• Report on staff performance

• Produce statistics.

• Develop HR dashboards.

• Analyse performance data.

• Provide HR metrics to EXCO and management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following

•Industrial Engineering

•Business Management

•Operations Management

•Organisational Development

•Human Resource Management

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in:

•Business Process Improvement

•Performance Management

•KPI & KPA Development

•Data Analysis

•Continuous Improvement

•Operational Reporting

•Dashboard Development

•Organisational Development
