POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with business and production goals Drive the shift to proactive and predictive maintenance practices Ensure reliability and performance of plant equipment, including processing systems, packaging lines, and utilities Monitor and improve key KPIs such as OEE, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team Ensure compliance with OHS Act, safety regulations, and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSC) Manage maintenance budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and identify cost-saving opportunities Lead continuous improvement, automation, and digital maintenance initiatives (CMMS) Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage supplier and contractor relationships
