Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture Oversee the full finance function, including monthly management reporting and financial reporting Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models Deliver commercial analysis and actionable insights to executive management Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification is essential Approximately 3 years' post-articles experience Previous people management or finance team leadership experience Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting expertise Apply now!
