Your role in our shared journey

As Store Associate (0-27 hours per week), you’ll team up with store management to help our new, soon to open, ASICS Flagship Sandton City Store, to meet and exceed its sales targets.

You’ll become a shining example of how to build and maintain customer relationships while maintaining the highest brand standards in selling, product presentation and merchandising. You’ll ensure that everyday tasks are completed diligently.

You’ll help deliver a memorable retail experience by following all operational procedures in the store and the stock room. You’re passionate about providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect. Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store will be a core responsibility and maintaining merchandising standards of our brand guidelines is of vital importance.We are looking to hire several store associates to our ASICS Sandton Store.As this is for a store about to open – start date will be during September.

Your key responsibilities will be

Based at our ASICS Flagship Sandton City Store and reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll:

• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of products in store.
• Follow all store operational procedures in the store and the stock room. You have the following skills and experience:
• You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general.
• You have a positive can-do attitude.You love interacting with customers.
• You are passionate about delivering a premium customer experience.
