Responsibilities

General Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Digital Marketing team and department leadership.
  • Coordinate internal documentation workflows, including HR forms, approvals, and team records.
  • Maintain shared folders, templates, and campaign documentation for easy access and version control.
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members (e.g. hardware requests, system access, team introductions).

Finance & Procurement Support

  • Manage invoice and payment tracking for marketing suppliers, agencies, and platforms.
  • Assist with purchase order creation, reconciliation, and budget updates.
  • Ensure all vendor documentation and contracts are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Track renewals for subscriptions, licenses, and marketing tools.

Contract & Compliance Administration

  • Prepare and submit contracts, NDAs, and service agreements for review and signature.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all marketing vendor agreements.

Team & Campaign Support

  • Assist team members with day-to-day coordination across digital channels (paid media, CRM, social, affiliates, etc.).
  • Help schedule meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items.
  • Coordinate delivery of creative assets and assist in tracking campaign timelines.
  • Support reporting and documentation of campaign summaries, presentations, and internal updates.

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Min 2 Years Experience in an administrative or coordination role.
