What You'll Be Doing

• Contract administration for rental properties

• Taking professional photos and advertising properties on Fusion

• Conducting viewings with prospective tenants

• Administrative tasks on WeConnectU Property Management System

• Liaising with all stakeholders — investors, tenants, body corporates, other agencies, municipalities and contractors — regarding contract administration and maintenance

• Maintaining Excel lists for rental processes

• Managing the maintenance process on RedRabbit (WeConnectU)

• Handling maintenance queries and liaising with contractors promptly

• Conducting ingoing, interim and outgoing inspections throughout the year on RedRabbit

• eFICA scanning on relevant systems

• Attending relevant training sessions

• Ad hoc duties as discussed in interview

What You'll Need

• Property Practitioner NQF4 qualification in Real Estate

• Knowledge of Real Estate Legislation & Code of Conduct, FICA legislation, etc.

• Previous experience in real estate rentals

• Previous experience with property rental contract administration

• Previous experience with WeConnectU Property Management System

• Knowledge of RedRabbit inspections and maintenance platform

• A proactive, driver mindset — you ensure contracts and documents are completed in the shortest possible timeframe

• Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills

• The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines during busy seasons

• A dynamic, innovative approach — you take initiative and solve problems effectively

• Flexibility to work after-hours, on weekends and during busy year-end periods when required

• The ability to work well in a team while functioning independently with minimal supervision

• A servant-orientated work ethic and positive attitude that contributes to a great office culture

  • Market-related monthly salary (between R15k – R20k depending on experience)
  • PLUS Commission on new business you bring in — grow your own rental book and your monthly salary
  • Referral Commission on properties referred to the Sales Team
  • Percentage of Admin Fees for managing your properties well
  • Performance bonus
