About the Role
We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Junior Motor Claims Administrator to handle the end-to-end claims process, from registration to finalization. You will play a key role in assessing claims, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring all claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company policies and legal regulations. A strong customer-centric approach and consistent feedback are essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Processing: Accurately register and process claims, ensuring all required details are captured.
- Claim Assessment: Investigate claim validity, assess documentation, and determine outcomes based on contracts, policies, and regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Assist clients with claim documents, walk-in queries, and branch-related inquiries while managing incoming calls professionally.
- Adjudication & Payment Preparation: Evaluate registered claims and prepare them for liability assessment or recovery.
- Third-Party Recoveries: Manage third-party claims and recoveries efficiently.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure claims processing aligns with company policies and industry standards.
- Problem-Solving & Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve claim-related issues, including handling disputes and complex cases.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate claim records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Time Management: Process claims within set timelines while managing workload effectively.

- Experience with third-party recoveries (a must).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in claims handling.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage difficult conversations with customers and third parties—good negotiation skills are essential.
