Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate / equivalent

National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management

Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail

Willing to relocate

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of South African Labour legislation will be advantageous

Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices

Problem solving capabilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills

Good organizational and time Management skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compliance and administrative support to the HR Team clients and team
  • Assist with ad-hoc queries and escalate unresolved queries to senior HR Specialist
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and records.
  • Capture and update employee information on HR systems and databases.
  • Prepare HR documents, letters, forms, and reports.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurately filed and stored.
  • Support HR audits and compliance checks.
  • Assist with document control and records management.
  • Assist with advertising vacancies on internal and external platforms.
  • Screen applications and compile candidate shortlists.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
  • Prepare interview packs and recruitment documentation.
  • Assist with pre-employment checks and reference verification.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
