Our client, a well-established company in the energy solutions industry, is seeking a proactive and organized Administrator to join their team based in Bellville South, Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing efficient operational and customer support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including processing documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, assisting with customer queries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the branch. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Matric (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years’ administration experience
  • Debtors experience
  • Creditors experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literate with good MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional, well-presented, and fluent in English
