Your role

  • Successfully defining and executing a people strategy for Customer Center South Africa resulting in increased communication, collaboration and employee satisfaction.
  • Driving and coaching on recruitment in close cooperation with hiring managers
  • Employer branding
  • Support in creation and execution of a local Inclusion & Diversity plan
  • Inform the Management Committee of any new or modified legal aspects in relation with our Employment contracts and/or practic e.
  • Support the organization in relation with legal and practical issues and actions arising from the contact of employment, the termination thereof, misconduct and incapacity.
  • Promote alignment of People Management processes, as defined in The Way, between the operational units through the HR meeting forum, especially with relation to the remuneration process and benefits.
  • Extend the above services to all ITBA related Divisions and locations
  • Coach managers in leadership and organizational development, direct leadership over assigned team.
  • Report and follow up plans and progress with the GM and the business board.
  • Be active in the HR global community and lead the strategy around the Employee lifecycle Engagement area.
  • Perform any other function or duties as may be required whilst carrying out your duties or in terms of “The Way We Do Things”.

To succeed, you will need

  • Academic degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • Strong and proven leadership skills, direct or indirect.
  • Strong and proven experience in organizational development.
  • Strong and proven experience in HR related topics and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex situations.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Understanding interpretation and implementation of Labour Laws
  • Outstanding administration and organizational skills
