Operational Excellence Manager

An industry leader in food manufacturing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager with a proven track record of transforming manufacturing performance through the reduction of downtime, yield losses, and operational inefficiencies.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Six Sigma, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) methodologies to drive sustainable productivity improvements, optimize operational performance, and deliver significant cost savings across the manufacturing environment.

Required experience

• The successful incumbent must have at least eight to fifteen (8–15) years' experience within theFMCG or Food Manufacturing industry

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree (essential)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
