Training Coordinator

Job Grade: P9

Nature of employment: Permanent

Job Purpose

To coordinate knowledge and competence training interventions and programmes in relevant areas for the CIPC and to resolve queries

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Development
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a trainer/facilitator.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key performance areas

  • To design, source and manage learning and development programmes to build the knowledge and competence of CIPC staff;
  • To make input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
  • To receive and respond to supplier and divisional enquiries;
  • To report on performance and identify and escalate performance constraints and any risks;
