Role Summary

Leads business architecture workstreams to align strategy, operating model, processes, capabilities, and technology with client business goals. Drives transformation initiatives, shapes target-state designs, and advises senior stakeholders on business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business architecture engagements and workstreams across complex transformation programs
  • Define business capabilities, value streams, operating models, and organizational implications
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable business architecture roadmaps
  • Facilitate workshops with client leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Assess current-state processes, pain points, and capability gaps
  • Design target-state business models, governance, and service delivery approaches
  • Partner with technology, data, change, and program teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Develop business cases, transformation plans, and executive-level presentations
  • Manage client relationships and provide trusted advisor support to senior stakeholders
  • Coach junior team members and contribute to practice development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in business architecture, operating model design, or enterprise transformation
  • Strong knowledge of business capability modeling, process design, and organizational change
  • Experience leading workshops, stakeholder alignment, and large-scale transformation efforts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional global teams
  • Experience with architecture frameworks, business process tools, and transformation methods
  • Consulting experience preferred; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
