Role Description
The In Services Training for the HR Department role at SKM AFRICA (PTY) LTD is a contract, on-site position based in Port Shepstone. The role supports HR operations by assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records and documentation. Daily tasks include helping coordinate training and development programs, tracking attendance and performance, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated clearly. The role also involves responding to basic employee queries, supporting payroll and benefits administration as needed, and contributing to HR reports and data analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with HR team members and management to enhance employee experience and support organizational goals.
