Khulisa Management Services is seeking an experienced Team Lead for an Endline Evaluation in Lesotho.

The assignment will evaluate a multi-sectoral Cash Plus programme designed to improve the wellbeing of children under five while strengthening Lesotho’s social protection systems. The evaluation will employ a rigorous mixed-methods and theory-based approach, including contribution analysis and both qualitative and quantitative research.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Master’s degree or higher in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Public Health, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading complex evaluations of development, social protection, public health, or child-focused programmes
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary evaluation teams
- Strong expertise in mixed-methods evaluation design and implementation
- Proven experience with theory-based evaluation, Contribution Analysis, Theory of Change, and utilisation-focused evaluations
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills
- Previous experience leading evaluations for UNICEF, the United Nations, the European Union, or other major international development partners (strong advantage)
- Excellent written and spoken English
Highly Desirable Experience
Preference Will Be Given To Candidates With Experience In
- Cash Plus programming
- Social protection systems
- Child wellbeing programmes
- Gender, equity, disability inclusion, and human rights-based evaluations
- Southern Africa or similar development contexts
