POSITION INFO

Job Description: Define and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications Analyze large volumes of data (usage, recharge, invoicing) to improve accuracy and identify risks early Work closely with software engineers, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions Shape solution design and support implementation across new and existing systems Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and system performance Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions are practical and effective Apply strong analytical thinking to complex datasets, business rules, and process flows Work independently in a fast-moving, technically demanding environment Skills & Experience: 4-7 years' experience in business analysis within IT / data-heavy environments Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex datasets Experience collaborating across business and technical teams Solid understanding of system development lifecycles and solution delivery Proven ability to design processes, gather requirements, and influence solution design Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Comfortable operating independently in a high-performance team Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or a related field Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile or to view all our Jobs in Information Technology.
