Sales Administrator - Chemical Industry

My client, a leading company in the chemical manufacturing industry, is urgently seeking a skilled Sales Administrator with relevant industry experience to join their team in Midrand.

  • Process and manage sales orders, quotes, invoices, and proforma invoices

  • Act as the link between customers, suppliers, sales, and operations teams

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

  • Track stock availability, manage back orders, and ensure timely deliveries

  • Maintain accurate records (delivery notes, customer communications, FOL agreements)

  • Provide regular updates to sales teams on orders and logistics

  • Assist with stocktaking and warehouse-related administration

  • Record and follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration/support within the chemical manufacturing or related industry

  • Warehouse-related experience (min. 2 years)

  • Matric (Mathematics advantageous)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Syspro

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
