The purpose of the job

To manage department-based projects while assisting in the mentoring of junior engineers and graduates.

• 3D CAD
• Creo advantageous

POSITION INFO

Technical Competencies & Experience: 5 -10 years of experience in manufacturing with a diverse knowledge of processes. Understand the process flow of Production to mitigate incorrect decisions. Understand the holistic product development life cycle from Studio to Production to assist in the decision-making process. Ensure on-time delivery for the Engineering part of the product development. At times, work towards project-specific timelines. Create 3D models and drawing packs for Manufacturing purposes. Ability to work in a busy environment within a team. Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time well. Strong decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
