The Project Engineer will work in the Shared Services division serving internal clients, primarily within the Oil & Gas sector. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and ongoing professional development within a flexible and innovative working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, client engagement, data analysis, system implementation and management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Suitable Tertiary Qualification.
• 1–3 years experience in Project Management, EAMS and/or CMMS environments.
• Sound knowledge of asset management principles and business analysis.
• Experience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Crystal Reports or SSRS.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage projects effectively, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• Implement and optimise enterprise asset management systems and services.
• Conduct asset identification, verification and data collection projects.
• Analyse client data and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain asset management standards, procedures and documentation.
• Design and implement reports, dashboards and system integrations.
• Facilitate client training and provide ongoing support and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and support activities.
• Support business development, tender submissions and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver ad-hoc projects, training and client support services as required.
• Ensure work execution and project activities are effectively managed through company systems and processes.
