SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium retail store in Tygervalley.

POSITION INFO

Duties Support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience. Supervise staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and training. Assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Monitor stock levels, assist with stock control, and minimise stock losses. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Assist with store administration, opening and closing procedures, and operational reporting. Experience Minimum of 2 years'' management or supervisory experience in a retail environment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Experience in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational standards. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible trading hours. Education Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
