What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like

Proactively sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent across a range of roles

Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted recruitment advisor

Creating engaging job adverts, attraction campaigns and talent pipelines

Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates against business needs

Managing multiple vacancies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Using market insight, recruitment data and hiring trends to continuously improve outcomes

Championing Sigma's culture, values and employer brand in every interaction

A bit more about you

3+ years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment

Experience leading or mentoring a team

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly through LinkedIn and talent networks

A track record of building credible stakeholder relationships at all levels

Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience using ATS systems and recruitment data to drive decisions

A proactive approach, commercial mindset and passion for finding great talent
